I am proud to serve as Facility Director at Grow and Learn Preschool. With more than 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have had the opportunity to work with children of all ages, from infants through kindergarten. Helping children learn, grow, and gain confidence during these important developmental years has always been my passion.
I believe every child learns and develops at their own pace. By working closely with families and providing a supportive, structured learning environment, we help children build the confidence, independence, and foundational skills needed for future success in school and beyond.
At Grow and Learn Preschool, our goal is to provide a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day while developing the kindergarten readiness skills they need for the future.

For more than a decade, Ms Charlotte has dedicated her career to supporting, coaching, and caring for children during their most important developmental years. Her vision for Grow and Learn Preschool is to provide families with a structured, affordable early learning program where children receive individualized attention, meaningful learning experiences, and a strong foundation for future academic success.
She believes that children thrive when learning is both engaging and purposeful, combining educational growth with a warm and supportive classroom environment.
