My name is Ms Shawntal, and I am proud to serve as Facility Director at Grow and Learn Preschool.

With more than 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have had the opportunity to work with children of all ages, from infants through kindergarten. Helping children learn, grow, and gain confidence during these important developmental years has always been my passion.

I believe every child learns and develops at their own pace. By working closely with families and providing a supportive, structured learning environment, we help children build the confidence, independence, and foundational skills needed for future success in school and beyond.

Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in child development, classroom management, curriculum implementation, and family engagement. I am passionate about supporting both children and families and believe that strong partnerships between parents and educators create the best outcomes for young learners.

At Grow and Learn Preschool, our goal is to provide a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day while developing the kindergarten readiness skills they need for the future.

Originally from Colorado (Go Broncos!), I have called Arizona home since 1997. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my two adult sons, my grandpups, and Lola, my cat.
