Ms Charlotte has spent her last decade helping, coaching, developing and caring for children. Our Facility Director, Ms Shawntal, has more than twenty-five years of teaching and directing experience. Over the past 20 years, Grow and Learn Preschool has developed its own proprietary curriculum. Based on concepts from the Fundations® Curriculum, which is a structured literacy program that focuses on phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension, our curriculum aligns with the nearby school districts (Chandler Unified School District, Queen Creek Unified School District and J.O. Combs Unified School District) and meets or exceeds nationwide standards, so your child outperforms others in their age groups both socially and academically when they get to Kindergarten.
And to keep it fun and interactive, each classroom studies a weekly theme through age-appropriate lesson plans and activities!
Finally, our facility is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS), which guarantees the highest standards in terms of safety and quality.
