Meet our Team

Ms Jodi

​My name is Jodi Raphael and I have the privilege to serve as Facility Director at Grow and Learn Preschool.

​I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. My love for children came at an early age. I enjoy watching each child grow and blossom into great things. I have worked with all age groups from infants through kindergarten. I recently taught a Pre-K class in a local school district along with being the director of the other programs at my school for the last 4.5 years. I offer knowledge in many different areas of development along with a great passion for helping children and families.

​My philosophy on education is that every child learns and grows differently. I believe that working together with families and their children is what sets the building blocks for success in the future. The way children learn is by exploring things in life through curiosity and with confidence. We as educators and parents are responsible for making sure each child has that confidence.

​Our Preschool is extremely fortunate to have a team of fantastic teachers: Ms Christy, Ms Annalyse, Ms Heidi, Ms Angie, Ms Anne, Ms Abigail, Ms Logann and Ms Charlotte.

​They all bring a set of different skills and experience to the classroom and above all, they bring love and passion to support your kid’s development, every day.
